GATHERINGS & OCCASIONS
Some experiences begin with a place. Others, with an idea.
Las Balsas becomes the setting. The occasion is yours. A Relais & Châteaux hotel with twenty rooms and villas, a private lakeshore, a kitchen led by Chef Duván Ochoa — all available exclusively for those who choose to gather here.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN PLANNING
Not a venue.
A place that hosts.
There is no conference wing, no banquet hall, no generic function room. There is the dining room with its view of Nahuel Huapi, the terrace for aperitivos as the sun drops behind the Andes, the private dock for ceremonies, and a forest reserve for those who want the outdoors as part of the occasion.
The scale is intimate by design — which means any gathering here is private by default. Twenty rooms. The kitchen, the cellar, and the team are all part of what you get. The landscape is the rest.

THE OCCASIONS
Every occasion is different here.
Because the scale is intimate and the team is small, Las Balsas can be shaped around almost any occasion — without ever feeling like a venue that has hosted the same thing a hundred times before.

HOW IT WORKS
No fixed packages. Only a conversation.
Las Balsas does not have a standard events menu. What we have is a team, a kitchen, a cellar, and a landscape — and the ability to arrange almost anything around them.
Every gathering at Las Balsas is designed around the group, the occasion, and the season. The conversation starts with what you have in mind and ends with a proposal that fits it.

Write to us
Tell us the occasion, the approximate number of guests, and the dates you have in mind. No details are too vague to start.
02
We build the proposal
Our team puts together a proposal tailored to your occasion. Every element is designed around Las Balsas specifically.
03
We refine together
The proposal is a starting point, not a contract. We iterate with you until it reflects exactly what you want.
04
You arrive
When you get here, the plan is already made. The only thing left to decide is where you want to begin.
